H2 Equity Partners sells Dutch towbar manufacturer Brink Group

H2 Equity Partners has sold Brink Group to DexKo Global. With more than a 100 years’ experience, Brink is one of the market leaders in the European manufacturing industry.

The company’s product portfolio consists of fixed, detachable, retractable and next generation towbars. More than 25 million vehicles worldwide are fitted with Brink products.

Houthoff advised H2 Equity Partners and Brink Group during the sale. The M&A team was led by Bram Caudri and included Guillette van Grinsven, Jeanne Beck, Femke Schouten and Raz Ahmad. Gerrit Oosterhuis, Thomas de Weerd, Jet Stolk, Anouk Boutens, Ageeth Panman, Wieger Kop, Jori de Goffau, Frans Wiggers, Charlotte Kroon and Karim Abass also worked on this transaction.
