World market leader Dobla in Italian hands

The Dutch chocolate company Dobla was assisted by Houthoff on the sale of 100% of its shares to the Italian company IRCA, a supplier of chocolate and other ingredients to bakeries and catering establishments. IRCA is owned by the investment firm The Carlyle Group. Dobla is known as the world market leader in premium chocolate decorative goods with factories in Belgium, Vietnam and the United States.
