Houthoff advised Strik Bedrijven Beheer B.V. on the sale of 75% of the shares in Innovative Taste B.V. to Barentz International B.V.
Innovative Taste B.V. and its subsidiary are engaged in the production and distribution of high-quality flavourings and functional ingredients, as well as decorations and inclusions for bakery, cereal, chocolate, confectionery, culinary, dairy and specialty food applications.
