Jurgen is gespecialiseerd in het burgerlijk procesrecht en het aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Hij adviseert en procedeert in complexe kwesties, waarbij hij optreedt voor zowel ondernemingen als verzekeraars. Door zijn brede opleiding is hij in staat om een zaak vanuit verschillende disciplines te beoordelen.
Daarnaast heeft Jurgen een grote interesse in innovatieve technologie en de invloed daarvan op het recht. In het bijzonder gaat zijn belangstelling uit naar blockchain en smart contracts en hun plaats in het juridische domein.
