Nicole is gespecialiseerd in het privacyrecht, IT-recht en het intellectuele eigendomsrecht. Ze adviseert regelmatig over de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG), IT en e-commerce gerelateerde onderwerpen en procedeert over intellectuele eigendomskwesties, waaronder in procedures bij de Hoge Raad. Haar werkzaamheden omvatten ook het adviseren over IE-, IT- en privacygerelateerde aspecten van M&A deals.

Nicole is lid van de Verenging voor Privacy Recht (VPR) en de Vereniging Jonge Privacy Advocaten Nederland (JPAN)
