Anne specialises in litigating commercial disputes, both in fact-finding instances and before the Supreme Court. She is admitted to the Supreme Court Bar. Anne works on a broad array of disputes involving financial institutions, insurers, bankruptcy trustees and large corporates. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Civil Cassation Litigators. She has several publications to her name.
In 2019, Anne was seconded to ING Bank as in-house counsel.
