Glenn Hoek

Glenn specialises in international litigation & arbitration, and commercial contracts. He is regularly involved in international commercial and investment arbitrations (ICC, NAI, UNCITRAL) and related proceedings before the Dutch courts, including setting aside and enforcement proceedings. He also advises clients on various types of commercial contracts, in particular yacht building contracts, and related issues such as jurisdiction, applicable law, attachments and state immunity.

Glenn is a member of the Rotterdam Bar and the Dutch Arbitration Association, author of the chapter on the Netherlands in the Practical Law Enforcement of Judgments and Arbitral Awards Global Guide, and editor of the chapter on the Netherlands in the Digest of Commercial Laws of the World.
