Isabelle van den Nieuwendijk

Isabelle specialises in international arbitration and litigation. She represents both companies and governmental bodies in high-value matters involving a wide variety of disputes arising under international contracts. Isabelle has a profound knowledge of and experience in investment arbitrations and  international commercial arbitrations under, inter alia, the ICC, NAI, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules. She is also regularly involved in arbitration associated court litigation, such as the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards. Isabelle regularly publishes on civil procedure law and arbitration law. She was also a member of the working group that was involved in the amendment of the Dutch Arbitration Act.
