Karima specialises in tenancy law, with a focus on commercial tenancy law. Her work mainly involves drafting contracts, giving advice, negotiating, and litigating in tenancy law issues. She is a member of the editorial team of the Sdu journal ‘Huurrecht in Praktijk’ (HIP) and publishes regularly. Karima also teaches tenancy law at Segment Opleidingen training institute.
