Leonoor Brus

Leonoor specialises in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, project development, real estate financing, and notarial law. The majority of her work involves advising real estate investors on a range of purchases, drafting and negotiating real estate contracts, advising on different property law aspects of project developments, portfolio sales, and financing, refinancing and security documents. She also advises and assists pension funds, Dutch and international banks, and other parties that are active in the real estate market. Leonoor is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries, the Association of Young Candidate Civil-Law Notaries in Amsterdam, FRESH Professionals and the Dutch Young Property Lawyers Association.
