Marinela Vieira

Marinela specialises in insolvency and restructurings. She advises client such as creditors, banks and directors that are involved in insolvency situations. Marinela also litigates on a broad range of insolvency-related matters. She is secretary of the Dutch Association for Young Insolvency Law Lawyers and she regularly publishes on matters related to her field.
