Marjolein Heuten

Marjolein is specialised in corporate and commercial litigation. She represents clients in inquiry proceedings, transaction-related disputes, preliminary relief proceedings and shareholders disputes. She acted as counsel in the Corporate Litigation Team in significant and high-stake international litigation matters such as Elliott/AkzoNobel, Raga and the multi-billion euro Oi restructuring.

She is a member of the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law.
