Mook Jianpinitnan

Mook is a lawyer in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group and advises clients on various insolvency situations. In this context, she is involved in the settlement of bankruptcies and advises clients such as creditors, financial institutions and directors involved in bankruptcy situations. She previously worked in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups, where she represented clients and advised in various national and international procedures. She was regularly involved in commercial and investment arbitrations and the related proceedings before the Dutch courts, including setting-aside and enforcement proceedings.
