Rezan has in-depth transfer pricing knowledge and experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. He started his career at one of the Big 4 accounting firms where he advised his clients on transfer pricing projects involving business restructurings, intangibles, headquarter cost allocation models, financial transactions, advance pricing agreements, tax audits and dispute resolution. He works for large multinationals, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries.
Rezan also worked as a global in-house transfer pricing specialist at two of the largest technology and telecommunications companies in the world (Liberty Global and VEON). He has a 360 degree perspective, due to having worked both as an adviser and in-house specialist. This unique combination of knowledge and experience gained on both sides of the table is at the heart of how Rezan advises clients. With a clear vision and technically sound approach, he knows when to go the extra mile or be pragmatic to get buy-in from all the relevant stakeholders.-

Rezan is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam where he teaches Transfer Pricing at the Advanced LL.M programme in International Tax Law. He regularly teaches Transfer Pricing Masterclasses at IBFD. He has also written a number of articles focusing on the transfer pricing aspects of intangibles and cost contribution arrangements. He is co-author and author of two transfer pricing books.
Rezan is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
