De toenemende regulering noopt tot zorgvuldig en actueel juridisch advies op het gebied van regelgeving. Ons Verzekeringsteam heeft een goede relatie met onder meer toezichthouders AFM en DNB, zodat in onze adviezen altijd rekening wordt gehouden met de interpretatie van de regelgevende organen zelf.
Internationale meerpartijengeschillen vereisen vergaande juridische expertise en een strategische benadering. Onze verzekeringsspecialisten beschikken over ruime ervaring in complexe zaken waarbij belangen van diverse partijen een rol spelen.
Verzekeraars hebben behoefte aan juridische begeleiding bij het ontwikkelen van hun binnenlandse en buitenlandse activiteiten.
