Claire is gespecialiseerd in individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht. Zij adviseert Nederlandse en internationale ondernemingen met betrekking tot alle (strategische) aspecten van het arbeidsrecht, onder meer rondom fusies, overnames en herstructureringen. Claire adviseert en procedeert meer in het bijzonder over vraagstukken op het gebied van medezeggenschap, non-concurrentie/onrechtmatige concurrentie, arbeidsvoorwaardenvorming, reorganisaties en (collectieve) ontslagen.

Claire is lid van de Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht en heeft in 2020 de postacademische leergang arbeidsrecht (PALA) met succes afgerond. Zij publiceert regelmatig in vakliteratuur en is vaste auteur voor SDU Commentaar Arbeidsrecht.
