Claire specialises in individual and collective employment law. She advises Dutch and international companies on all strategic aspects of employment law, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Claire advises and litigates in employee participation issues, restraint of trade/unlawful competition, terms of employment, reorganisations and individual and collective redundancies.
Claire is a member of the Dutch Employment Law Association and successfully completed the post-academic employment law programme (PALA) in 2020. She regularly publishes in professional journals and is a regular author for the publication SDU Commentaar Arbeidsrecht.
