contractenrecht en procesrecht met bijzondere aandacht voor aan transacties
gerelateerde geschillen, aandeelhoudersgeschillen en fusies en overnames. Daarnaast adviseert zij grote Nederlandse en internationale ondernemingen over
een uitgebreid scala aan ondernemingsrechtelijke kwesties, zoals corporate
governance, transactiestructuren en processtrategie. Zij is lid van de
Vereniging Corporate Litigation.
