Sofie specialises in company law, contract law and procedural law, with a special focus on transactions related to shareholder and other disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises large Dutch and international companies on a wide range of company law matters, such as corporate governance, transaction structures and litigation strategies. Sofie is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association.
