Hans specialises in professional and directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability, and assist clients in compliance, fraud and regulatory enforcement issues. He is involved in complex and international disputes in which regularly internal or government-led investigations play a part. Furthermore, Hans is also a leading expert in insurance and reinsurance issues, primarily in the field of D&O, professional and financial institutions liability, fraud insurance and international insurance programmes. His clients are national and international companies and institutions, directors and supervisory directors, law firms, and other professional service providers, as well as international insurers and reinsurers.
