Advised the publicly traded software company Bentley Systems Inc. on the acquisition of Oxplus B.V.

Houthoff advised the New York based private equity firm Crestview Partners, together with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, on the acquisition of TenCate Grass from Royal TenCate.

Advised PRO Unlimited on the acquisition of the Dutch Brainnet Group, both are vendor-neutral managed service providers (MSPs).

Assisted GEA in the sale of Royal De Boer Stalinrichtingen B.V. and Japy SAS to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.

Houthoff assisted IK Investment Partners in the acquisition of a majority stake in You Sure Investments B.V.

Advised Plain Vanilla Investments (PVI) with the purchase of the shares in the capital of the Begra group. The Begra group (re)sells warehousing storage solutions and products for warehouse installations, both new and second-hand products, and including providing ancillary services (such as inspections).

Advised Mzuri Holdings Ltd, owner of amongst others Decora Blind Systems, a European manufacturer and distributor of indoor window coverings on the acquisition of Coolblinds, an online retailer of made to measure blinds (better known as 123jaloezie.nl, plissegordijn.nl and rolgordijnland.nl).

Houthoff advised Arcis on the acquisition and transfer of all shares in Axender BV and the participation of Axender Holding in Arcis. As a result, Arcis is now a consortium consisting of four parties: Beheermaatschappij Em. De Jong BV, Print Nerds BV, Shatho Beheer BV and Axender Holding BV. Axender will continue under Spotta's name and deliver flyers to about 5.7 million households on a weekly basis.

Houthoff represented IQ V-Tech B.V., a Quadrum Capital portfolio company, in entering into a strategic partnership with Alois Kober GmbH and mother company Dexcko Global through the sale of a 37.5% indirect interest in the VB-Airsuspension and its group companies.
