Sander is gespecialiseerd in projecten en projectfinanciering, publiek-private samenwerking, bouwrecht en aanbestedingsrecht. Hij heeft uitgebreide ervaring opgedaan in het opstellen en beoordelen van complexe bouwcontracten (waaronder D&C, DBM, DBFM(O) en projectallianties) en het geven van advies over bouwgerelateerde kwesties. Sander staat een uiteenlopende reeks aan cliënten bij in de bouw-, infrastructuur-, transport- en energiesector.

    Advised Landal GreenParks Holding B.V. on the acquisition of Vakantiemakelaar B.V., the largest specialist in the brokerage of recreational real estate.
  • Highlighted Matters
    Advised the OpenIJ consortium, consisting of BAM, Volker Wessels, DIF and PGGM, on the EUR480 million + financing of its successful bid for the new sealocks at IJmuiden. This matter is particularly significant because when completed, these will be the largest sealocks in the world. Also, the IJmond project is the first large infrastructure PPP project in the Netherlands to reach financial close.
  • Highlighted Matters
    Advised the winning bidder, consortium Noaber18, consisting of DIF and VolkerWessels on the financing of the PPS-project N18 ‘De Nieuwe Twenteroute’.
